During our Building Inspections we will look for water leaks, moisture ingress, concrete cancer, failing expansion joints and air leaks in windows/frames as well as painting, caulking, window cleaning, and glass restoration if required.
Being close up to the building at height, gives us access to areas that cannot be seen from the ground or accessed using scaffolding or a cherry picker platform that traditional trades use. This means that no area will be overlooked during the inspection. We can carry out a vast variety of repairs via rope access including render repairs, water penetration, expansion joints and many more.
