These 2 retirement living apartment complexes were due for their 10 year paint. The buildings were in relatively good condition. The bottom 2 floors were brick making scaffold a costly procedure. We used rope access to complete this project. First we pressure cleaned the buildings, then carried out some render repairs using HB40 And HAR nitrobond, and some minor remedial repairs.
We applied 2 coats of Upco paint to the buildings exterior walls and balconies.
We won a master painters award 2019 for this project for multi-unit residential
