These 2 retirement living apartment complexes were due for their 10 year paint. The buildings were in relatively good condition. The bottom 2 floors were brick making scaffold a costly procedure. We used rope access to complete this project. First we pressure cleaned the buildings, Then carried out some render repairs using HB40 And HAR nitrobond, and some minor remedial repairs.
We applied 2 coats of Upco paint to the buildings exterior walls and balconies.
We won a master painters award 2019 for this project for multi-unit residential

These newly constructed, high end water front apartments build by Gledhill constructions were alomst finished being built and the scaffold taken down when the needed our help. Some of the windows were missing seals and panels and were leaking water. We sealed up the windows, cleaned grout of the tiles, pressure cleaned and window cleaned the building ready for the new owners to move in. We also cleaned the slurry off the building next door, pressure cleaned it for construction dust and window cleaned.

The iconic civic video in katoomba has now been transformed into ‘mountain culture brewery’. This heritage building had water penetration through the walls, render repairs, window replacements, sign removal and a lot of remedial repairs before painting with dulux Acra tex system to solve the water issues. The colour scheme is a heritage specification based on the original colours of the building. It was a pleasure working with the owners and builders on this rewarding project.

 


Our friends at Dino’s painting were having trouble reaching the high eaves and fascia over glass roof on this grand house being renovated at Pymble.

We rigged off the roof beams and used our custom gutter guards to complete the job in a timely and cost effective way.


This heritage brick wall on the top of a building in the CBD was in bad condition with most of the mortar missing between the bricks.

There was issues with water penetration in the building.
We repointed the wall and solved the water problems
